Who We Are

Welcome to Iron House, a premier strength training gym based in Lafayette, Louisiana

We are a local, family-owned and operated training facility dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals. At Iron House, we specialize in powerlifting, strongman/strongwoman, bodybuilding, and general strength and fitness training.

COMPREHENSIVE

Our training facility offers a comprehensive range of strongman/strongwoman equipment such as Yoke, circus dumbbells, log presses, Atlas stones, Hussafell stone, axel bar, and more.

VARIETY

We have a wide range of specialty bars for powerlifting, including Deadlift bar, Squat bar, SSB, Cambered bar, football bar, and hex bar, which are designed to help you target specific muscle groups and build your strength.

Our training environment is inclusive, welcoming athletes of all skill levels and backgrounds, and our expert trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Our facility is open daily, 365 days a year with key fob access for our members

4:00 AM to 10:30 PM

Staffed Hours:

M-Thurs 6AM-6PM
Friday 6AM-1PM
SAT 8:30AM-11:00AM

GUEST ALLOWED DURING STAFFED HOURS ONLY & MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER WITH A VALID ID
