Alongside her husband, Tara is the proud owner of the premier gym that is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. With a passion for inspiring and motivating others, Tara started training clients in 2018 and quickly made the career shift to focus on growing the gym, her clients, and her personal mission of helping others become better versions of themselves.

Tara's coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that staying physically fit and mentally strong is the ultimate recipe for a high-quality life. As an advocate for mental health, she is committed to teaching her clients how to create healthy habits that they can carry with them for life. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Tara knows that Iron House has something great to offer you.
